Loop Returns Flows
Each flow runs on its own schedule with logging and retry, managed from NetSuite.
- Loop → NetSuite: Returns create NetSuite return authorizations, with an optional exchange sales order
- Loop → NetSuite: Return details sync to the RA — tracking, carrier, label status, return state, and reason
- NetSuite → Loop: Cancelling the RA in NetSuite cancels the return in Loop
How the Loop Returns Connector Works
Built for Shopify brands that process returns and exchanges in Loop and need them reflected in NetSuite.
Returns into NetSuite
- Each Loop return becomes a NetSuite return authorization.
- It is matched to the original sales order or cash sale, and to lines by line ID or SKU.
- Kits are broken into their component items.
- An exchange sales order can be created automatically, or skipped if exchanges are handled in Shopify.
Return status
- Return state, tracking number, carrier, label status, and return reason sync onto the RA.
- Cancelling an RA in NetSuite cancels the return in Loop.
Your rules
- Return location, RA status, and the items used for handling fees, exchange credit, and gift cards are set in the flow configuration.
- A Loop return is never created twice.

How Katoomi Connect Works
The Loop Returns connector runs on Katoomi Connect, a native NetSuite integration platform installed in your account as SuiteApp Bundle 527788. There is no separate integration platform to log in to and no middleware subscription.
Runs inside NetSuite
Schedules, logs, the queue, and settings live on NetSuite records. API credentials are stored in NetSuite API Secrets.
Your schedule, per flow
Run each flow every 15 or 30 minutes, every 1 to 24 hours, daily, weekly, or once. Start any flow on demand.
Operations Dashboard
Open errors, 24-hour success and error counts, records in progress, and the queue on one screen in NetSuite. Pause or resume any schedule or integration.
Every record logged
Each sync is logged with its request, its response, and a status: pending, processing, success, error, or resolved.
One-click retry
Retry a failed record from the dashboard, and edit its payload first if the source data needs a fix.
No duplicates
Connect writes the other system’s IDs onto NetSuite records and checks them before creating anything.
