How the Mirakl Connector Works
Built for brands selling on Mirakl-powered marketplaces that want those orders in NetSuite without an iPaaS in the middle.
Orders in
- Connect checks Mirakl for new orders on your schedule.
- Orders waiting for acceptance are accepted automatically, then imported.
- Each order becomes a NetSuite sales order with the buyer’s billing and shipping addresses.
- Mirakl offer SKUs are matched to NetSuite items.
Your defaults
- Orders post to a marketplace customer you choose.
- Form, location, sales rep, ship method, class, and department are set per flow, at the header and line level.
- Mirakl order and line IDs are saved on the sales order, so an order is never imported twice.
Shipments out
- A saved search picks which item fulfillments are ready to send.
- Connect sends the carrier, tracking URL, and tracking number to Mirakl and marks the order shipped.
- Each fulfillment is flagged once it is sent, so it is not sent again.

How Katoomi Connect Works
The Mirakl connector runs on Katoomi Connect, a native NetSuite integration platform installed in your account as SuiteApp Bundle 527788. There is no separate integration platform to log in to and no middleware subscription.
Runs inside NetSuite
Schedules, logs, the queue, and settings live on NetSuite records. API credentials are stored in NetSuite API Secrets.
Your schedule, per flow
Run each flow every 15 or 30 minutes, every 1 to 24 hours, daily, weekly, or once. Start any flow on demand.
Operations Dashboard
Open errors, 24-hour success and error counts, records in progress, and the queue on one screen in NetSuite. Pause or resume any schedule or integration.
Every record logged
Each sync is logged with its request, its response, and a status: pending, processing, success, error, or resolved.
One-click retry
Retry a failed record from the dashboard, and edit its payload first if the source data needs a fix.
No duplicates
Connect writes the other system’s IDs onto NetSuite records and checks them before creating anything.
