Katoomi Connect
Connect NetSuite with Extensiv 3PL
9 pre-built bidirectional flows — sales orders, POs, transfers, returns, receipts, fulfillments, and inventory sync. Runs natively inside NetSuite.
Katoomi Connect is a native NetSuite integration platform: an embedded alternative to iPaaS tools like Celigo and Boomi that runs inside your NetSuite account. Your 3PL data flows live in the same ERP your team already uses.
Pre-Built Extensiv Data Flows
Each flow runs on its own schedule with logging, retry, and queue visibility — managed from the Katoomi Connect dashboard inside NetSuite.

- Return authorizations → return receivers
- Inbound transfer orders → receivers
- Outbound transfer orders → orders
Extensiv → NetSuite

- Inventory snapshots → inventory adjustments
How the Extensiv Connector Works
Built for brands that run fulfillment through a 3PL on Extensiv (formerly 3PL Central) and keep NetSuite as the system of record.
Out to the warehouse
- Sales orders and outbound transfer orders become Extensiv orders.
- Purchase orders, PO lines, inbound transfer orders, and return authorizations become receivers.
- Your NetSuite saved searches decide which records release and which fields go with them.
Back into NetSuite
- Shipment confirmations become item fulfillments, one per package, with tracking number and weight.
- Receivers become item receipts against the right PO, transfer order, or RA, matched by SKU.
- Inventory snapshots become inventory adjustments at the location you choose, so NetSuite matches the warehouse.
Safe to run often
- Extensiv order, receiver, and package IDs are saved on each NetSuite record.
- Records already sent or received are skipped.
- Each Extensiv facility is its own integration, so every warehouse gets its own schedule and logs.

The engine behind every connector
How Katoomi Connect Works
The Extensiv 3PL connector runs on Katoomi Connect, a native NetSuite integration platform installed in your account as SuiteApp Bundle 527788. There is no separate integration platform to log in to and no middleware subscription.
Runs inside NetSuite
Schedules, logs, the queue, and settings live on NetSuite records. API credentials are stored in NetSuite API Secrets.
Your schedule, per flow
Run each flow every 15 or 30 minutes, every 1 to 24 hours, daily, weekly, or once. Start any flow on demand.
Operations Dashboard
Open errors, 24-hour success and error counts, records in progress, and the queue on one screen in NetSuite. Pause or resume any schedule or integration.
Every record logged
Each sync is logged with its request, its response, and a status: pending, processing, success, error, or resolved.
One-click retry
Retry a failed record from the dashboard, and edit its payload first if the source data needs a fix.
No duplicates
Connect writes the other system’s IDs onto NetSuite records and checks them before creating anything.
